I'm Patricia Shida, President and owner of FIRM FIT. I began business in 1992 when a Jazzercise student designed and prototyped a unique and wonderful product which was later to be named Willowear Soft Leg Weights. Patricia Shida, a Jazzercise instructor of 18 years, began using the product in her classes. It wasn't long before fitness participants began purchasing Willowear Soft Leg Weights for added muscle toning and strengthening during appropriate exercises, both in upright and floor positions.

Patricia began representing the Willowear line of products at national conventions and the product was a hit! Firm Fit now distributes many other personal fitness products to both retail and wholesale customers. The company has been in business for more than 17 years and we are proud to not only offer fine products but superior customer service.
